We maintain our own garden and small orchard at The Classic. Lovingly referred to as the Chef’s Pantry, our garden is where Chef Charles Youts turns for inspiration. He and his staff create new and unique features each week, based on what’s fresh and ripe at the time. We also pull items from our off-site garden in Argyle, and are fortunate enough to have the friendship of other local Roanoke gardeners who share their produce on occasion. Come by and we'll give you a tour if we can. We think our garden cuisine is part of what makes us one of the best places to dine in Roanoke, and all of North Texas.
