Valentine’s Day
Chef Charles has prepared a romantic 3-course prix-fixe menu that we’ll be serving exclusively on Valentine’s Day weekend.

First course choose from:
Roasted red pepper mascarpone soup with crème fraîche and micro sorrel
Strawberry spinach salad with Mozzarella and oven-roasted tomato, served with a honey balsamic vinaigrette and toasted pepitas
Second course choose from:
Goat cheese-crusted grilled beef tenderloin with a cabernet reduction
Seared grouper or barramundi with a pink lobster sauce, served with a leek potato purée and caviar
Pan-seared breast of duck with a blood orange glaze
Mushroom cheese ravioli with zucchini, pearl onions, shiitakes and tomatoes with an artichoke cream sauce and reggiano parmesan
Third course choose from:
Chocolate salted caramel tart
Jalapeño apple cobbler with vanilla ice cream
Date: Friday, February 14 and Saturday, February 15
Time: Seating begins at 5pm
