Chef Charles has prepared a romantic 3-course prix-fixe menu that we’ll be serving exclusively on Valentine’s Day.

Reservations required

First course choose from:

Mixed greens and arugula with red beets, goat cheese, chilled asparagus, and a shallot red peppercorn vinaigrette

Champagne, pear, and brie cheese soup with croutons, olive oil, creme fraiche and sorrel

Second course choose from:

Horseradish-crusted and grilled center cut beef tenderloin with a bordelaise sauce

Pan-roasted airline breast of chicken with a porcini mushroom sauce

Smoked crab cakes with a spicy remoulade and mango melon chutney

Artichoke and herbed cheese ravioli with oven-roasted tomatoes in a vodka cream sauce with balsamic syrup, micro basil, and parmesan

Third course choose from:

Vanilla bean cheesecake with a blueberry compote

Texas sheet cake

Time: Seating begins at 5pm
