Our Commitment to Health and Safety

 

The Classic at Roanoke is committed to working under the most up-to-date safety and delivery protocols available. It is imperative that we do everything in our power to ensure the safety of our guests and employees. Currently you can order food online for curbside pick-up and local delivery only – our dining room is not open at this time. Following are our health and safety standards:

  • Guests are asked to remain in their cars for curbside pick-up, and they may not enter the facility.

  • Curbside employees will wear face coverings and maintain a safe distance when conversing with guests.

  • Employee hands/gloves will be re-sanitized between each guest interaction.

  • If asked, we will carefully place food and beverages in the passenger seat, back seat, or trunk. The trunk is preferred.

  • Receipts will be placed inside to-go bags.

  • Credit card payment is encouraged and will be accepted online or over the phone.

  • When paying with cash, only exact change will be accepted curbside. Employee hands/gloves will be re-sanitized immediately after handling cash.

  • If any employee leaves the building they are required to wash hands upon re-entry.

  • Employees are to make every effort to keep 6 feet of space between themselves and other employees.

  • Employees are to wash hands even more diligently than before the Covid-19 crisis and immediately after any contact with the face.

  • Under no circumstances may an employee come to work sick.

  • All Classic employees have agreed to voluntarily limit outside contact to avoid unnecessary risk of exposure to Covid-19.

  • Our vendor partners are required to adhere to strict delivery procedures. They are to sanitize hands before entering the building and wear a face covering while in the building.

  • We sanitize areas where vendor partners have worked immediately after their departure.
