The Classic at Roanoke menu is not limited by nation or region. We are sometimes categorized as Continental, but we generally refer to ourselves as New American, a definition that allows for limitless possibilities. Chef Charles Youts enjoys incorporating styles from around the world, and you will find elements of so many cultures in his cooking, with Mediterranean, Italian, German, Mexican and Asian influences apparent on his menu. His weekly features are as likely to hail from the Pacific Rim as they are from his childhood home in West Texas!
