Valentine’s Day Dinner Menu 2018

First course choose from:
Roasted pepper and mascarpone soup with heart-shaped pasta
Caesar salad with pickled sweet corn, red onions, and oven-roasted yellow tomatoes, served with an avocado Caesar dressing

Second course choose from:
Center cut beef tenderloin with a marsala wine sauce and roquefort compound butter
Whiskey oak cold-smoked pork tenderloin, sous vide with a Jack Daniels and coca-cola glaze
Wild Isle organic salmon en croute with a spinach cream cheese
Fresh cracked pepper fettucine with wild mushrooms, spinach, artichoke hearts, and goat cheese pearls in champagne cream sauce (vegetarian)

Third course:
White and dark chocolate mousse with a strawberry salsa
Jalapeño apple cobbler with vanilla ice cream
