Our great-grandfather immigrated to the US from Germany in the 1800s, and a few secrets came along with him, like the recipe for our original house-made horseradish. We’ll be celebrating our German heritage the entire month of October with this special Bavarian-inspired menu!
OKTOBERFEST 3-COURSE DINNER $42
First course choices:
Cream of asparagus and leek soup with a red pepper coulis
German-style salad of romaine, radishes, green beans, bacon, croutons and a sour cream dressing
Second course choices:
Pan-seared Wild Isle sea trout with a lemon, garlic, and caper sauce
Rhineland sauerbraten with a classic gingersnap gravy
Jägerschnitzel with a bacon and mushroom gravy
(second course served with spaetzle and braised red cabbage)
Third course:
Caramel apple tart with vanilla ice cream
Beth Marie’s salted caramel ice cream
