We’ll be serving a special 3-course Easter lunch menu including choice of soup or salad, entrée, and dessert. Our full menu will not be available on Easter Sunday.

First Course

Green goddess Caesar salad with pickled shallots, grated cured egg yolks, and parmesan polenta croutons

Spring leek soup with gruyere toasts

Second Course

Entrées served with roasted garlic mashed potatoes and coriander honey glazed carrots (excluding pasta)

Roasted pork tenderloin with a blackberry wine sauce

Pan-roasted chicken breast with a creamy tarragon sauce

Bourbon glaze-seared salmon

Asparagus ravioli with oven-roasted tomato, shiitake mushroom and herbed cream sauce

Third Course

Strawberry shortcake with lavender vanilla bean biscuits

Texas sheetcake
