Francis will be hosting a very special 4-course wine dinner featuring wines from the Craig Baker portfolio of Misa Imports. Craig has been working with limited-production, family-run wineries since 1991 and has been mentored by some of the top U.S. importers of fine wine over the last quarter century. Each wine in the new Craig Baker Selection has been personally sourced by Craig from small family estates in Burgundy and the Rhone. Chef Charles has created a menu to enhance the flavors of these fabulous wines. Join Francis and Craig Baker for an unforgettable evening! Following is the highly-anticipated menu:

Passed Appetizers:

Smoked salmon mousse in phyllo cup, roasted garlic & goat cheese canapés, and fried okra skewers with a malt vinegar iioli

Served with 2017 Domaine Du Clos Des Aumones Vouvray

First Course

Rabbit terrine with whole grain mustard, gherkins, pickled carrot ribbons, sherry aspic, and a toasted baguette

Served with 2016 Victor Fagon Bourgogne

Second Course

Lobster bisque with a sweet corn foam and garlic chives

Served with 2016 Les Hauts De Milly Bourgogne Blanc

Third Course

Sous vide beef tenderloin with coffee butter, roasted potatoes, trumpet mushrooms and charred tomatoes

Served with 2016 Vincent De Saint Denis Morey St Denis

Fourth Course

Red wine poached pears with chocolate paté, homemade mascarpone and puffed pastry

Served with 2017 Guillaume Gonnet 'La Douce' Beaume De Venise Muscat
